Leadership is about working as a group, or as a tame generally. And that's where you need good ladyship to achieve an exceptional result. One of the ways to combat ego is to truly and actively listen to the other person. But i've had to go down the journey of really learning how to be a better listener. The first thing we do is judge what the person's saying. So instead of listening to them, you play out what they're saying in your own mind. That's not leadership - it's just being open and honest. It's all kinds of interrelated. O if you want an exceptional result, then this is probably a foundational skill within your organization
