How Do You Find a Good Small Farmer?
In the beginning, we had to seek out everybody. We got a lot of cross-eyed stairs at us or side glances until that first set of paychecks went out. And then I think ever since then we've had, you know, a line of people kind of interested to come. The checks that came through were really surprising how big they were. They're finding us like they'll go to market or they'll talk to a friend who, why are you not at our guests? But also we have to search for some things because again, we're not just the lettuce store.
