How Do You Calculate Your Win Rate?

The win rate is that calculation, meaning taking out the deals that are still open to kind of give you a true sense. The other question I have is something we did not talk about this head of this discussion: How do you think of ACV? Some companies will run an MRR model, some will run an ARR model and some might be project based in terms of there's not necessarily guaranteed contractual value. So typically for me, if it's an MRR business, I am multiplying that MRR by 12 or just take sort of like the yearly value of the contract.
