Continuous Product Discovery - What Is Product Discovery?
A product team is responsible for shipping a product that creates value for the customer and for the business, right? That's their job todoin doing that. They're making decisions about what to build. We call that discovery. And then their writing code, shipping code, maintaining code, all the work that's required to support a production, quality product. U.S. A were seeing a bigger and bigger emphasis on discovery. So building on this discovery is the decisions we're making about what to built.
