Is There More to Italy Than Barolo and Rinalo?
I think what I did with that list is maybe expand the range a little bit, like finally created a little Iberian section because I really dig what's going on in Spain at the moment. There's so much old Italian wine here. That doesn't really exist in most of Europe. In places like Scandinavia, we do drink a lot of Italian wine. It's very much those classics. Either it's Barolo or it's Purnello, Quianti, or it's really inexpensive bulk wine from Sicily or Pulia.
