It's often about subtraction more than it is about addition. The reality is whole food is the only diet that counts. If you're going after whole food, you're going to win the game and biodiversity again wins the story. I've never seen a lion take down a bunch of wildebeest without eating 40 pounds of organic composted greens before they ever touch the meat.
