How to Interpret the Territories of the Nervous System
The nervous system is made up of three main branches: sympathetic, para sympathetic and ventral. When the dorsal is over activated it creates a shutdown in our body that can be very useful to cave-dwelling ancestors. The hand brake allows us to kind of slow down during our day so we don't burn out as much. It's not going to be helpful for people who want to go at 60 miles an hour with their hands slamming on the steering wheel while they're driving.
