Do You Think You Need 90 Grams an Hour?

Intensity can mean I'm working really hard, but it could still be a low intensity if I'm not a very trained athlete. And what really matters is the absolute intensity. That's going to determine in large part how many carbohydrates you need. As long as you spend enough calories, it's fine. You can try this 90 grams an hour. Of course, if you're running sort of a five hour marathon, that's sort of 4 or 5 hours for a marathon.
