i'm sorry to hear that therapy has not been as helpful as it could have been. One solution to being burnt out from work is stopping to care about money. If you can't process emotional things pile up and you don't process them properly, that will absolutely lead to burnout in the workplace. And right now, what i'm getting the sense of is that in your life there's a confluence of problems that are all hitting you at the same time. I think honestly, like you are the most helpful far. But i'm still stuck.
