In almost any situation, very often the thing that you fall into is we try to unilaterally fix this. And like in a huge number of situations, finding a way to make the other person a partner is really helpful. You would think things seem so obvious, like you'd be like, I'm trying to help this person. What's the way to do it? Make them a partner.
