Decarbonizing an Economy Using a Carbon Tax
The cost of abatement varies depending on which sector of the economy you target. Decarbonizing an economy can't really work effectively in a jerky way, it's not going to happen overnight. It needs policy that's well-taught through well-telegraphed and goes out over a period of time.
