RFT - I'm Just Thinking About Derivation Complexity Complexity Flexibility
I'm just thinking about the you know the terminology and how you go about thinking when you're sitting across or someone. I think in an act therapist would be thinking about those things as well like hey with these stories how rigid is a person around these stories? Is there any flexibility where there is in flexibility that I might want to do some work withthose particular aspects so they get the understanding that those stories are just parts themselves too.
