A few minutes a day, drop into what i call deep green. That's the zone where your body and mind feel deeply ful,. contented and loved and loving. Rest in that for two or three or five minutes in a row to really hard wire it into your body. Do it for three days in a row, you'll feel really different. Ten days in arow, change your wafers. Andnd, i'll put it out as a challenge, and tell me i'm wrong.
