Do You Have a Step Tracker?

I get my cardio the same way every day. I have a step tracker. It's made by a Chinese company. The human body's really good at tricking you into doing less shit. And then when you do your 20 minutes cardio later, it's just bringing you up to slightly lower value of total activity that you would have gotten anyway. That's a lot of burned calories,. incredible cardio shape, all those benefits. But all of this is just moving a little bit during the day and I don't have to get on a fucking travel to do cardio.
