Venture debt is like the debt counterpart to venture capital. So venture capitalists invest an and they get a basic part of your company. They share in the upside with you, and they have a portfolio strtegy. Bank financing is traditionally not available for businesses that are not immediately cash flow positive or generating significant revenue. We worked really hard to figure out the moniseation, but it takes time to tweak those funnels to create a user experience when you're focus on growth.
