The Four Noble Truths of Somatic Mindfulness
I know so many of us deal with, well, we have for various reasons, somewhat complicated relationships with our body. So I'm curious about your thoughts of just that general setup and what that introduces for this practice of somatic mindfulness. And also I suspect that even if our body in some ways is or feels broken, that the body itself can help us to transcend the limitations of the body. The Buddha did emphasize that in his teachings that we are of the nature of birth, aging, sickness and death as part of his teaching to his students, his disciples.
