Lever Expresser Machines

A lever expresser machine of some sort would be joyful and kind of beautiful. He has no cold brewing stuff, so, yes, like some sort of cold dripper. But i don't know, i'm personally not a huge fan of cold brewed coffee. I think that decreasing pressure toward the end of the shot is dodly a good thing. That's why the old levers made such good shots. And that was lost in the era of procons.
