Are You Having Anticipatory Regrets?

In health psychology, there's quite a bet of research that's been looking at hord to get people to engage in positive behaviours by getting them to anticipate future regret. So example would be things like and encouraging people to get vaccination. Research has shown that if you're having anticipatory regret over not changing your diet or not exercising regularly, that sort of inaction is more motivating than thinking about regret of action.
