There's an innate feeling that we all have as far as connection is concerned. We want to exist so badly because we all yearn for it. But oftentimes we force it, or we're not honest with ourselves about whether this connection is genuine or not. And I think that's where the practice, the meditation and mindfulness practice really comes into play.
