i love my mobile devices as much as any person, but there's a time and a place for them. Try to put those devices away at least half an hour before bed. If you absolutely have to take your phone into your bedroom, here's the rule: Only use it if you're standing up after about five or six minutes. And when you're ready, it's time to cash it out.
