Citizens juries are this idea of when you have a difficult policy issue, you will at randomly choose 100 citizens. It's probably only duable on very significant, worthy projects. But if we're going to sign no less, doa citizens jury, an any citizen petition, on each petition once a week or twice a month, it become kindor hard to unjustify.
