Sylvia Tressene: I think e tressene and our continued observation of silican valley and ti culture in general provides us with a lot of motivation, actually, to do things better. For example, we used to have a policy base called unlimited vacation, we don't count vacation days. And if the final outcomeigs that people take only two weeks or a week of vacation every year, that's not very generous at all. So after that examination, we we scrapped the idea of unlimited vacation dates and went to a much more structured system which still had some flexibility.
