What Doesn't Actually Help Is Talking About It
I think often like my beliefs will be too much skewed to the negative one actually. Is that realistic? I think what doesn't actually help as well is because we're spending so much time with our friends talking about these things. But there's only so much that you can get from just like talking about it. What actually helps is what, for example, that model, the think model. Like actually doing something like that where you're, you know, doing the steps and like taking actions to change that mindset. That's what I personally am not doing enough at the moment.
