The Importance of Zen Practice
Sitting is so important because it gives us the concentrated energy that enabled, gives us a fighting chance when we're out and about. It's saying in Gestalt Therapy about knowing that you're in the room. We find that if we can get in the habit of bringing awareness, same awareness that we cultivate when we're sitting, then the next time we sit, it's easier to settle.
