A human powered mile, even just walking for most people, that's going to be 16 to probably 22 minutes for the vast majority of people. So we're talking about a little micro dose. In 16 waking hours, you can probably find 20 minutes,. What if it was two minutes? What if it were five minutes? That's what I'm curious about is maybe how this is pervaded more of your thought process in terms of maybe little doses of exercise for someone like you who's sitting there in a desk job for 40, 50 plus hours a week.
