How to Create Demand for Data in HR

The investment has been an absolute game changer for race in terms of the people analytic space and increasing the value, creating greater value from the work that's being done. What tips do you have for those people who want to get started they'd like to do more with data? I don't want them to throw their hands up and despair and go well all is lost because there's no way my organization's going to invest in a people analytics platform at this point. Some of them may not even have a decent learning management system to be honest. Start small, start small use the data you have available to you already.
