The energy system is like the creatine phosphate system, but it also creates very little fatigue. It isn't going to have a the sort of basic, lactate and hydrogen ions that are the waste products that create fatigue. So if we move up to the scond gear, so this is anerobic or anerobic lactic whor we coud you know, call it power endurance. Ah, essentially, y if you have available oxygen, this is what's going to power your efforts.
