The Importance of Internal Tools for the Warehouse Team

Sally Kohn: I'm curious, do you guys build like internal tools for the warehouse team or is it just the external facing application where I can order the products? No, we do the whole thing. We buy in tools, obviously. So we have back office and we have other tools that are pretty well known. And we build those all together to make the journey as seamless as possible. But also how can we optimize their time on it? Do they need training on it? You know, so yeah, we do quite a few things outside of the front customer facing UX.
