Most of my customers start off as prospects and mature, sometimes over a period of months or years. I have had situations where people have come back to me literally eight years later, responding to the e mil that i sent eight years ago. Now, that's not what sales enatives would want to hear, but i think the moral on that is that if you provide the things that enable your buyer to to be ready to buy when they are ready, on their schedule, i think that's a solution to this problem.
