How to Re-Regulate Your Emotions
Rose: How fast is your engine running? I use that for myself. Is it too revved up? Do we really need 12 coffee mugs just because you like the mug that you're drinking? No. And instead of putting more emotion words to the revving and making yourself feel bad and shameful and guilty, take a step back. Remember that all emotions work in this revved up way for someone who's hypersensitive or has PPD kind of profile. That means happiness, sadness, anger, all emotions.
