The Importance of Empathy in Business
Empathy is witnessing an existential crisis. You don't get empathy with another person when you look at a lens. A little do you get any empathy if I had to express myself in less than 200 characters on Twitter, and that's my entire personality? The area partly responsible for empathy is now shrinking for the first time ever. And this is of course a concern which we are raising because empathy is also the ability to work with other people.
