Deborah: I knew that I had to exercise and they're there suggesting that you exercise. So what could I do that is exercise that might give me some joy? She says she tried dancing five minutes a day, then an hour a day before realising it was joyful. "I put on my headphones and I go into my kitchen and I just let it rip" said Deborah of her new dance style.
