Do We Need 30 Grams of Fiber Every Day?

The UK government recommends we have 30 grams of fiber every day. 20 percent of our fiber comes from vegetables because they're a really rich source. The other major source of fiber in our diet is cereals but again you've got to be fiber wise when you're thinking about which cereals do.
