What's Your Purpose Behind Your Online Business?

The place i tend to fall down with knowing why i do things is having a feeling of my purpose behind my online business. He says he wants to deconstruct all those things and say, ok, what is the y behind this basicaly? And then if there's anything that's out of alignment there, it's got to be fixed.
