A Verses With a Lower Training Frequency
A. Frati: If an over use injury does start developing, and you keep training with pretty frequency, you can make things really bad or really quick. A verses with a lower frequency, i think that there is some more inherent safeguards in play from against making a bad situation worse just because you are exposing the tissues to stress less frequently. I got yo when i did really high frequency squatting. El man, so i'm sure a bunch of physical therapists are going to send me hat mail. Frati, answer, injury doesn't exist. Pain is all in the mind.
