mindfulness is about starting to see how we're thinking, and that in a voice that's really important. Even if i make a mistake, it's like if you're playing a guitar and you hit the wrong note,. If you keep playing, no one will notice. So if we approach it that way, it's not a problem. And my, i tell you, id i take all my talks and everything, at first i hated the sound of my voice - but now i'm used to it. But can i just listen to it like i would listen to anybody else, and not judge? That's what mindfulnesss is, not judging.
