In the weightlifting space, we haven't seen many sensors out there that can help you improve your performance. And once I've seen what you build, I was so excited about it. Because it's one of the first times that you can really get information about training muscle groups and how you are actually training by using a sensor in the weightlifting room. What if assuming the athlete is a weight lifter, how can they use the sensor? Yeah, so it it really depends on what you're trying to accomplish. So her goal is not hypertrophy. She doesn't need big bulky muscles. She but she needs to be strong and have efficient muscles.
