The Stimulating Reps Model Explains Fatigue Interference Effects
The effective reps model doesn't explain the difference between long and short kind of muscle length training. The only other model that's even remotely competitive with a stimulating reps model is the number of sets to failure model, which no other model exists. So what are you comparing this with? I mean, have you got a better model? No. so, you know, just put it with it and use this one.
