Voice ide can start analyzing customers utterances, even in the i vr. If we're doing that speech based i vr experience, powered by amazon lek, for example, this is before we even actually have a human agent as part of the call. We're able to start capturing that there. An overall though, just if we need to build up a bit more confidence, we'll use up to 30 seconds of audio, not including silences.
