How to Get a Runner's High

In this episode of RunPod, Jenni is joined by someone who seems to have tried his hand at most sports - he is Mr get up and go...it is TV presenter Gethin Jones. Gethin spent a few years fronting Blue Peter where he threw himself into some extreme challenges, many were running related. Jenni chats to Gethin about when he started running, how often he gets out there now and the most gruelling run he completed, surprising everyone in the process.
