Is Feedback Dialogue Part of the Educational Alliance?

Calvin: Feedback is actually much more than giving feedback. It's a dialogue between two people. How can we formulate the relationship with avery such that she is trusting what we're saying and wants to improve? We should have done something at the very, very beginning of the relationship, and that is to set up the expectation for feedback. And then, given with intent to improve performance, is this thing that to always communicate to our learners that we are always there for them, for them to get better.
