For many years prior we were very into powerlifting. Powerlifting is a little bit is very different than bodybuilding where the goal with powerlifting is to try to lift as much weight as possible. So I think knowing what I know now, I would have said, okay you don't have to stop training,. maybe take much more of a bodybuilding approach and not be as fatigued.
