I think some of the obvious stuff is some of the more powerful stuff. I have people do like 12 minutes of that kind of a standard three or four times a week. That's replacing 20 minutes of pretty decently hard cardio. You get to do it 55% of the time, and you're only really doing six hard minutes. It increases appetite. And then it also allows us to get a basically better body fat level.
