How to Train for a Longer Period of Time
Each round is going to take you roughly about five minutes. Conceivably, you should be able to do enough work for your lower and upper body to fit it in there in that one hour session. If you're not used to these rep ranges, you're probably going to tap out somewhere between, you know, 15 or 20 on the first one. It's hard to determine how much pressure because there are things or because they're elastic they give so just not as optimal.
