The Goal of Muscular Endurance

The goal of muscular endurance is to really maximize our ability to move sub-maximal weight over a very long period of time. In an outdoor environment with an uphill weighted carry, I typically start with maybe 10% of body weight in a pack and progress upwards to potentially 30 depending on what the athletes are getting into. The hardest thing honestly with this is to find the right slopeHonestly it's you know I've lived in lots of mountain towns in my life and I've done these workouts for probably 30 years  I usually do one sometimes too but usually one a week for six to ten weeks depending on the athlete.
