Matt Welch: I'm just thrilled to have you on the show to talk about that. It's the first of two conversations this month. Next episode is going to be with Justin Wheeler from Burkadia who's kind of a competitor not a super giant but more in the boutique world of real estate services firms. So we get to do a deep dive from both perspectives into the business. He says he went through 13 separate interviews at what was then Cold Banker Commercial in LA and was fortunate to be chosen to go into a pre-sales training program in 1984. The career of choice for kids like him was commercial real estate as a broker.
