Caregiver Support in the Modern Workplace

This chapter examines caregiver support policies in the U.S., U.K., and Germany, identifying common challenges faced by caregivers in balancing work and personal responsibilities. It argues for the need for more flexible and understanding workplace policies, particularly in light of the changes brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, it highlights the financial benefits of providing caregiving support to retain employees and improve productivity.
