Starbucks will do between 23 and 25 billion dollars in revenue this year, but our average sale is $5. So in order to do that much revenue, we're totally dependent on human behavior. We lost money for nine consecutive years in China. During that time as a public company, they just said, this isn't working. They're losing money, it's a tea drinking society, close it up. The key to their success was focusing on employee happiness.
