Reason's Responsiveness - Theorizing About Freedom
Reason's responsiveness is a general way to theorize about freedom in a way that suited for the lesson of the semi or what i call the source compatiblist. A person acts on whatever reasons she acts upon, and sometimes her self par reasons are morally wrong. But when a person acts from resources, according to a compatibleist, whereby she's reasons, responsible reasons, responsive. That's key, for instance, in the case of calplemore blameworthy behaviour. You want the person who acts for bad reasons to be responsive or sensitive to a range of good reasons, even if she fails to act on them. In her freedom, or her ability to act freely, her freedom
