The damage is not being caused by mechanical tension and we've got an alternative, which is the inflammatory process. We see massive losses of my overalls in that post workout period. And it does contribute to another kind of delayed post workout effect. If we remove that inflammatory process artificially, however, then we see a more rapid reduction of tea because we're not getting that additional myofibril loss.
